I'm not surprised by this decision, but I am relieved. The consequences of a finding in favor of the plaintiff in this case would have been troublesome indeed.
Here's a tip: If you're bothered by ribald humor, maybe you shouldn't work for sitcom writers. (In fact, perhaps you should seek employment among the stifling L7 law firms in the Silicon Valley, since around here anything but the most family-friendly humor is likely to get you a lot of uncomfortable looks.)
